Sep 17 - Yoga with Me

let us start by stretching
here we go, downward facing dog pose


a little more, extended puppy pose


now slowly release to frog pose



we will now focus on core balance with side reclining leg lifts


roll slowly to face upward and heron pose


 breathe deeply and slowly raise both legs to cow face pose


 extend your legs to happy baby pose



 and relax with legs extended to reclining bound angle


and, finally Hero Pose
