Dec 24 Addicted to Beans

ok, how come no one ever told me about playing with beans before? do you know how delightful they are. i have three "guys" who dive into my beans and hide until i find them. they are very tricky little "guys" and sometimes i must use my super hero "M" to find them. Can you see the two "guys" in this picture and super "M"? (hint: "M" is wearing green and one "guy" is blonde and one "guy" is wearing a blue hat.) i can scoop beans. i can spoon beans. i can make bean showers. i try to keep the beans on my bean blankie because daddy shakes his head no, no when i put the beans on the floor. sometimes i smoosh all the beans on top of the "guys". playing with beans is very addictive. you can't just sit and watch others play with beans. it's impossible, your fingers and hands just can't help it and suddenly you are hooked on beans. just ask, daddy, kevin, jeremy and sean. i had to wait for them to stop playing with my beans when we visited grandma and grandpa. where's the beans? where beans hiding? i da know. where beans? hey, you promised beans if i put on my christmas dress. i want beans and i want them now. beeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnsss!

skip the candy canes, just give me beans.

p.s. Mommy: just wave erynn's bean blankie in her general direction and she will yell "beans" and come a running to her bean playing spot, wait for the blankie to be spread across the floor, and sit down and wait for the bean box. or, if she is in a particular mood, she sneaks up to the bean blankie, pulls it off the chair, starts to lay it out on the ground, sits on top of the blankie and says "beans" as if it was mommy's idea and she's just helpin' out. (gotta love her)
